Pro tento recept bych nedoporu\u010dovala mouku pod 12,5 % b\u00edlkovin, ide\u00e1ln\u011b s\u00e1hn\u011bte po mouce kolem 13 % a v\u00fd\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obsah b\u00edlkovin najdete v\u011bt\u0161inou na obalu mouky v nutri\u010dn\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud pou\u017eijete mouku s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahem proteinu, t\u011bsto bude pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b velmi mokr\u00e9, lepiv\u00e9 a nevytvo\u0159\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b pevnou lepkovou s\u00ed\u0165, kter\u00e1 je pot\u0159eba k udr\u017een\u00ed tvaru bochn\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V tomto receptu se&nbsp;<strong>nehn\u011bte<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 lepek se vytvo\u0159\u00ed \u010dasem.<br>A sta\u010d\u00ed opravdu jen v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 2 p\u0159eklady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rychl\u00e9ho Krasomila jsem pekla s moukou Manitoba, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 14 % b\u00edlkovin \u2013 a v\u00fdsledek vid\u00edte ve videu. Potom jsem zkou\u0161ela i oby\u010dejnou mouku s 12 % b\u00edlkovin a rozd\u00edl byl znateln\u00fd.
