Tenhle recept mi to vy\u0159e\u0161il jednou prov\u017edy \u2014 proto\u017ee bat\u00e1t tady hraje roli \u201ejedl\u00e9ho tal\u00ed\u0159e\u201c, na kter\u00fd navrstv\u00edte v\u0161echno dobr\u00e9 a ono to za\u010dne d\u00e1vat smysl hned po prvn\u00edm soustu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udd57 Pe\u010den\u00edm se bat\u00e1t uvnit\u0159 prom\u011bn\u00ed v m\u011bkk\u00e9, skoro kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 pyr\u00e9 a na povrchu chyt\u00ed lehce karamelov\u00e9 okraje. A pak p\u0159ijde ta nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st: sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed sal\u00e1t z fazol\u00ed, kuku\u0159ice, raj\u010dat a cibule, kter\u00fd je \u0161\u0165avnat\u00fd a k\u0159upav\u00fd z\u00e1rove\u0148. Koriandr tomu d\u00e1 jiskru (a pokud ho nemus\u00edte, d\u00e1 se snadno vym\u011bnit), a hummusov\u00fd dressing to cel\u00e9 spoj\u00ed do jedn\u00e9 kr\u00e9mov\u00e9, \u201etak akor\u00e1t\u201c v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 chuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf3f Bazalkov\u00e9 pesto je tady takov\u00fd mal\u00fd trik:<strong> nepot\u0159ebujete o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky ani parmez\u00e1n, sta\u010d\u00ed bazalka, olivov\u00fd olej a lah\u016fdkov\u00e9 dro\u017ed\u00ed.<\/strong> V\u00fdsledek je vo\u0148av\u00fd, lehce \u201es\u00fdrov\u00fd\u201c a na sladk\u00e9m bat\u00e1tu ud\u011bl\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u011b ten kontrast, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s donut\u00ed si to d\u011blat po\u0159\u00e1d dokola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2728 Je to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed letn\u00ed ve\u010de\u0159e: nen\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1, nen\u00ed p\u0159emast\u011bn\u00e1, ale zasyt\u00ed d\u00edky fazol\u00edm a hummusu. <\/strong>A nav\u00edc to na tal\u00ed\u0159i vypad\u00e1 fakt hezky \u2014 tak\u017ee kdy\u017e p\u0159ijdou host\u00e9, m\u00e1te hotovo bez stresu a bez slo\u017eitost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2600\ufe0f Bat\u00e1ty jsem dlouho brala jako takovou kuchy\u0148skou z\u00e1hadu.
