Doma jsem si proto za\u010dala pohr\u00e1vat s my\u0161lenkou, jak tenhle ikonick\u00fd pokrm pojmout \u010dist\u011b rostlinn\u011b. Hledala jsem spr\u00e1vnou konzistenci tofu kr\u00e9mu a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed tak, aby v\u00fdsledek byl kr\u00e9mov\u00fd, v\u00fdrazn\u00fd a poctiv\u011b syt\u00fd. Je to pro m\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b ten typ j\u00eddla, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s chyt\u00ed u\u017e v\u016fn\u00ed \u2013 raj\u010data, ko\u0159en\u00ed a n\u011bco, co se pomalu t\u00e1hne z p\u00e1nve a \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u201epoj\u010f si namo\u010dit chleba\u201c. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83c\udf3f Tohle je nav\u00edc ide\u00e1ln\u00ed j\u00eddlo do re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho \u017eivota: jeden hrnec\/p\u00e1nev, minimum n\u00e1dob\u00ed a ob\u011bd, kter\u00fd se d\u00e1 j\u00edst s chlebem, pitou i r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed<\/strong>. A jestli m\u00e1te r\u00e1di mal\u00e9 \u201etuningy\u201c, klidn\u011b si pohrajte s ko\u0159en\u00edm \u2013 \u0161petka harissy ud\u011bl\u00e1 pikantn\u00ed verzi, za\u2019atar p\u0159id\u00e1 bylinkovou linku a sumak zase lehce citronovou kyselost.
