Jen p\u00e1r surovin, kter\u00e9 spolu d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b plnou, \u201epa\u0161tikovou\u201c chu\u0165 a kr\u00e1sn\u011b rozt\u00edratelnou konzistenci. A jestli m\u00e1te r\u00e1di pomaz\u00e1nky, kter\u00e9 zasyt\u00ed a nejsou jen o pe\u010divu, tahle je p\u0159esn\u011b pro v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf3f Z\u00e1klad stoj\u00ed na marinovan\u00e9m tofu a fazol\u00edch: <strong>tofu ud\u011bl\u00e1 kr\u00e9movost a b\u00edlkoviny, fazole zase jemnou sladkost a vl\u00e1kninu. <\/strong>Ale to, co to cel\u00e9 vyst\u0159el\u00ed do \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9 ligy, jsou \u010derstv\u00e9 bylinky \u2014 koriandr a kopr. Koriandr dod\u00e1 sv\u011b\u017eest a \u201e\u0161mrnc\u201c, kopr to kr\u00e1sn\u011b zjemn\u00ed a ud\u011bl\u00e1 z toho chu\u0165, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed a\u017e delikatesn\u011b (a p\u0159itom je to po\u0159\u00e1d jen dom\u00e1c\u00ed pomaz\u00e1nka z p\u00e1r v\u011bc\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\uddc5 D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd detail, kter\u00fd d\u011bl\u00e1 obrovsk\u00fd rozd\u00edl: cibule a \u010desnek se mus\u00ed opravdu orestovat dozlatova. Nejen \u201ezavadnout\u201c. Kdy\u017e je nech\u00e1te zesl\u00e1dnout a lehce zkaramelizovat, pa\u0161tika nebude \u0161tiplav\u00e1 ani \u201esyrov\u00e1\u201c a bude chutnat mnohem v\u00fdrazn\u011bji. <strong>A lah\u016fdkov\u00e9 dro\u017ed\u00ed? To je takov\u00fd mal\u00fd trik na \u201eumami\u201c \u2014 dod\u00e1 s\u00fdrov\u00fd t\u00f3n, ani\u017e byste museli p\u0159id\u00e1vat cokoli<\/strong> <strong>jin\u00e9ho.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\uded9<strong> A \u00fapln\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00ed je ten fin\u00e1ln\u00ed krok: zalit\u00ed rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm vegansk\u00fdm m\u00e1slem.<\/strong> Nejen \u017ee to vypad\u00e1 kr\u00e1sn\u011b (jako opravdov\u00e1 pa\u0161tika), ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 to pom\u016f\u017ee udr\u017eet povrch vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00fd a chu\u0165 se v lednici hezky propoj\u00ed.
