Dom\u00e1c\u00ed verze je p\u0159itom p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b jednoduch\u00e1 a v\u00fdsledek je \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd \u2013 pln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165, v\u00edc textury a p\u0159esn\u011b to ko\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 chcete vy, ne v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cizrnov\u00e1 mouka d\u011bl\u00e1 v tomhle receptu hodn\u011b pr\u00e1ce. M\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u011b o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kovou, lehce zemitou chu\u0165, kter\u00e1 se skv\u011ble sn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed s uzenou paprikou i provens\u00e1lsk\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm. <strong>A proto\u017ee je z lu\u0161t\u011bniny, dostanete s ka\u017edou hrst krekr\u016f i slu\u0161nou d\u00e1vku b\u00edlkovin a vl\u00e1kniny \u2013 co\u017e je u k\u0159upav\u00e9 sva\u010diny docela vz\u00e1cn\u00e9. J\u00e1 ji kupuju v bio kvalit\u011b, ale up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b, rozd\u00edl v receptu nepozn\u00e1te.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka a m\u00e1k tam nejsou jen pro efekt. Sem\u00ednka p\u0159idaj\u00ed do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho sousta trochu k\u0159upu nav\u00edc a m\u00e1k dr\u017e\u00ed t\u011bsto pohromad\u011b l\u00edp, ne\u017e by \u010dlov\u011bk \u010dekal. Lah\u016fdkov\u00e9 dro\u017ed\u00ed zase p\u0159id\u00e1 takov\u00fd jemn\u00fd s\u00fdrov\u00fd t\u00f3n na pozad\u00ed \u2013 nen\u00e1padn\u00fd, ale bez n\u011bj by krekry byly plo\u0161\u0161\u00ed na chu\u0165. J\u00e1 m\u00ed\u0159\u00edm na n\u011bco kolem 2\u20133 mm \u2013 ten\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee je dost. Pokud jsou m\u00edsty siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, budou tam m\u011bk\u010d\u00ed a to nen\u00ed ono. V\u00e1lejte mezi dv\u011bma archy pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edho pap\u00edru, t\u011bsto se v\u00e1m nebude lepit a p\u016fjde to sn\u00e1z.
