Kombinace citr\u00f3nu a m\u00e1ku je sice klasika, kterou zn\u00e1me z babi\u010d\u010din\u00fdch buchet, ale tady dost\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00fd rozm\u011br. D\u00edky \u0161t\u011bdr\u00e9 d\u00e1vce \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy i k\u016fry je chu\u0165 pronikav\u00e1, sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed a v ka\u017ed\u00e9m soustu uc\u00edt\u00edte tu p\u0159\u00edjemnou kyselost, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s nut\u00ed ukrojit si dal\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1tek. Nen\u00ed to ten typ &#8222;klasick\u00e9ho&#8220; pi\u0161kotu, ale \u0161\u0165avnat\u00fd dezert pln\u00fd \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Textura je to, co tento recept odli\u0161uje od pr\u016fm\u011bru.\u00a0M\u00edsto m\u00e1sla s\u00e1z\u00edme na kombinaci \u0159epkov\u00e9ho a olivov\u00e9ho oleje. Zat\u00edmco \u0159epkov\u00fd dr\u017e\u00ed neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1klad, ten olivov\u00fd dod\u00e1 t\u011bstu vl\u00e1\u010dnost a specifick\u00fd, lehce ovocn\u00fd t\u00f3n, kter\u00fd si s citr\u00f3nem \u00fa\u017easn\u011b rozum\u00ed.
