Kr\u00e9m je kr\u00e1sn\u011b hladk\u00fd, jemn\u00fd a pln\u00fd citr\u00f3nov\u00e9 chuti \u2013 takov\u00e1 kombinace citronov\u00e9ho cheesecaku a p\u011bny, jen bez tvarohu, smetany a b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru. A bonus? Z\u00e1klad tvo\u0159\u00ed silken tofu, tak\u017ee v ka\u017ed\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dce m\u00e1te i porci b\u00edlkovin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Silken tofu m\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b jinou strukturu ne\u017e klasick\u00e9 tofu na kosti\u010dky<\/strong> \u2013 je hedv\u00e1bn\u00e9, kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 a po rozmixov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 hust\u00fd jogurt nebo pudink. Citr\u00f3ny volte v bio kvalit\u011b, proto\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te i k\u016fru \u2013 dob\u0159e je omyjte, ide\u00e1ln\u011b spa\u0159te horkou vodou a osu\u0161te. P\u0159i mixov\u00e1n\u00ed se nebojte nechat mix\u00e9r b\u011b\u017eet o n\u011bco d\u00e9le, a\u0165 je kr\u00e9m opravdu hladk\u00fd a nad\u00fdchan\u00fd. A d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd krok je i chlazen\u00ed \u2013 minim\u00e1ln\u011b hodina v lednici kr\u00e9mu pom\u016f\u017ee zhoustnout a chut\u011b se kr\u00e1sn\u011b propoj\u00ed, tak\u017ee nebude p\u016fsobit \u201esyrov\u011b\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Z v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho pohledu je tenhle dezert hodn\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 zm\u011bna oproti klasick\u00fdm pudink\u016fm nebo smetanov\u00fdm poh\u00e1r\u016fm<\/strong>. Silken tofu p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny a kr\u00e9movitost bez ml\u00e9ka, sirupy v\u00e1m dovol\u00ed doladit sladkost bez rafinovan\u00e9ho cukru a kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko se postar\u00e1 o plnost.
