Nen\u00ed.<\/strong> Tenhle recept je p\u0159\u00edmo\u010dar\u00fd, t\u011bsto se chov\u00e1 p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011b a v\u00fdsledek \u2013 m\u011bkk\u00e9, pru\u017en\u00e9 rohl\u00edky s m\u00e1slovou st\u0159\u00eddkou \u2013 stoj\u00ed za ka\u017edou minutu \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed na kynut\u00ed. A co m\u011b na nich bav\u00ed nejv\u00edc: chutnaj\u00ed skv\u011ble i druh\u00fd den, tak\u017ee to nen\u00ed jen jednor\u00e1zov\u00e1 radost hned po vyta\u017een\u00ed z trouby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160paldov\u00e1 mouka tu nen\u00ed jen jako \u201ezdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed varianta&#8220; \u2013 d\u00e1v\u00e1 rohl\u00edk\u016fm jemn\u011b o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00fd t\u00f3n a p\u0159\u00edjemnou plnost, ale t\u011bsto p\u0159itom z\u016fstane lehk\u00e9. <\/strong>Vegansk\u00e9 m\u00e1slo se postar\u00e1 o vl\u00e1\u010dnost st\u0159\u00eddky, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159i rozkrojen\u00ed netrh\u00e1 na such\u00e9 c\u00e1ry, ale hezky pru\u017e\u00ed. Dro\u017ed\u00ed pak cel\u00e9 t\u011bsto nakyp\u0159\u00ed a d\u00e1 rohl\u00edk\u016fm tu typickou pek\u00e1renskou strukturu \u2013 zlat\u00e1 k\u016frka, m\u011bkk\u00fd st\u0159ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Na co si d\u00e1t pozor: dro\u017ed\u00ed pot\u0159ebuje vla\u017enou tekutinu, ne horkou. <\/strong>Hork\u00e1 ho zabije a t\u011bsto nevykyne \u2013 to je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyba. Stejn\u011b tak se vyplat\u00ed neposp\u00edchat s kynut\u00edm. \u0160paldov\u00fd lepek pot\u0159ebuje \u010das, aby se poskl\u00e1dal do struktury, kter\u00e1 udr\u017e\u00ed tvar rohl\u00edk\u016f p\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed. Kdy\u017e to usp\u011bch\u00e1te, rohl\u00edky se rozlezou a budou hutn\u00e9. Jeden rohl\u00edk m\u00e1 kolem 235 kalori\u00ed a p\u0159es 6 g b\u00edlkovin, tak\u017ee jako z\u00e1klad sn\u00eddan\u011b nebo sva\u010diny funguj\u00ed v\u00fdborn\u011b \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e naslano s hummusem nebo nasladko s o\u0159echov\u00fdm m\u00e1slem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Z\u00e1klad receptu je po\u0159\u00e1d stejn\u00fd, ale obm\u011bn je spousta. <\/strong>Zkuste p\u0159idat do t\u011bsta su\u0161en\u00e9 bylinky nebo \u010desnek v pr\u00e1\u0161ku pro slanou verzi. M\u00e1k a hrubozrnn\u00e1 s\u016fl navrchu jsou klasika, ale sezam nebo slune\u010dnicov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka funguj\u00ed stejn\u011b dob\u0159e.
