Fazolov\u00e9 gulky jsou takov\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 klasika v chytr\u00e9m kab\u00e1tku: syt\u00e9, b\u00edlkovinn\u00e9 a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b n\u00e1vykov\u00e9. <strong>A nejlep\u0161\u00ed na tom je, \u017ee to cel\u00e9 stoj\u00ed na n\u011b\u010dem, co m\u00e1 doma spousta z n\u00e1s \u2013 na plechovce fazol\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chu\u0165 t\u011bchhle knedl\u00edk\u016f je kr\u00e1sn\u011b dom\u00e1c\u00ed a poctiv\u00e1.<\/strong> \u0160palda spolu s fazolemi vytvo\u0159\u00ed jemn\u00fd z\u00e1klad, kter\u00fd je syt\u00fd, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 nep\u016fsob\u00ed t\u011b\u017ece. Lah\u016fdkov\u00e9 dro\u017ed\u00ed tomu dod\u00e1 lehce \u201es\u00fdrovou\u201c chu\u0165 a takovou p\u0159\u00edjemnou hloubku, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 cel\u00e9 j\u00eddlo chutn\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b o n\u011bco v\u00fdrazn\u011bji. A jakmile knedl\u00edky po uva\u0159en\u00ed ope\u010dete na p\u00e1nvi s cibulkou\u2026 no, tam se za\u010dne d\u00edt to nejlep\u0161\u00ed. Nas\u00e1knou do sebe jej\u00ed sladkost a v\u016fni a cel\u00e9 j\u00eddlo najednou p\u016fsob\u00ed, jako byste ho p\u0159ipravovali mnohem d\u00e9le. Uzen\u00fd tempeh tomu pak dod\u00e1 takov\u00fd ten zn\u00e1m\u00fd &#8222;masov\u00fd&#8220; \u0161mrnc, kter\u00fd p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 uzen\u00e9 \u2014 jen v rostlinn\u00e9 verzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Textura je kl\u00ed\u010d: nechcete hladkou fazolovou ka\u0161i, ale sm\u011bs, kde z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed mal\u00e9 kousky fazol\u00ed. <\/strong>D\u00edky tomu budou knedl\u00edky po uva\u0159en\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9, ale ne rozblemcan\u00e9, a na p\u00e1nvi se hezky obal\u00ed cibulkou, ani\u017e by se rozpadaly. A studen\u00fd kope\u010dek \u0159eck\u00e9ho jogurtu s koprem je p\u0159esn\u011b ten kontrast, kter\u00fd to cel\u00e9 vyt\u00e1hne \u2013 tepl\u00e9, vo\u0148av\u00e9, kr\u00e9mov\u00e9, sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Berte to jako \u201erychl\u00fd ob\u011bd, co chutn\u00e1 nebezpe\u010dn\u011b dob\u0159e\u201c: d\u00e1 se to ud\u011blat do 20 minut,<\/strong> ale p\u016fsob\u00ed to jako poctiv\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed j\u00eddlo.
